1. Begin by washing your hands with soap and warm water.
2. Gather the Chemstrip 10 MD Urine Test Strip, cup to collect urine, and timer or watch.
3. Ask the patient to collect a sample of fresh urine.
4. Dip the strip into the urine sample for 15 seconds.
