📦 General Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 14 days of the item being shipped.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the invoice or proof of purchase.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:
All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the return is approved, we will notify you via email or phone. A replacement product will be dispatched only after payment of an additional shipping fee of ₹250/-.
🍴 No Return Policy on Food & Nutrition Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, food and nutrition products are non-returnable. However, if there is a genuine issue (wrong item received or damaged packaging), we will offer an exchange after verification. The exchange shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

🚚 Drop-Shipping Products
Some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers or manufacturers (drop-shipping model). These may take 15–20 days longer than standard delivery. In case of supplier unavailability, your order may be delayed or canceled. Kindly place such orders at your own discretion.
💸 Refund for Unfulfilled or Cancelled Orders
If your order is not fulfilled by us or is canceled before shipping, the amount paid will be credited to your Himkhand Wallet. This wallet balance can only be used for future purchases on our website — www.himkhand.com.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
Custom or personalized products
Health, beauty, or personal care items
Hazardous, flammable liquids or gases
Discounted/sale items

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
