At Himkhand.com, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within
15 business days
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays),
from the date of payment or as per the delivery schedule agreed upon during order confirmation.
We strive to ship all items in a single order together.
However, partial shipments may occur depending on product availability or fulfillment conditions.
For drop-shipped or made-to-order products,
additional processing time may be required.
Customers will be notified in such cases.

Domestic Shipping:
Orders are shipped via trusted Indian courier services or India Post Speed Post.
International Shipping:
Shipped through registered international courier services or international speed post.
COD (Cash on Delivery):
COD is available for select PIN codes.
Payment must be made in cash only at the time of delivery.

⚠️ The list of serviceable PIN codes is updated regularly.
If delivery is unavailable in your area, please check back later.

Orders will be delivered to the billing address linked to your payment account,
unless a different shipping address is specified during checkout.

Himkhand.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the shipping partner.
We are also not liable for damage or loss during transit.
Any such issues must be addressed directly with the courier company.

As per Indian Tax Regulations, all packages (including gifts) will include a printed invoice with the product price mentioned.

COD orders must be paid in full with cash on delivery.
Partial refunds are not accepted.
COD shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is returned.
If you return an item via self-shipping, reimbursement will follow
Himkhand.com’s Return Policy.

All legal disputes related to shipping or delivery shall fall under the jurisdiction of
Hajipur, Bihar, India.
