Himkhand.com typically dispatches all confirmed domestic orders within 10 to 15 working days. However, in exceptional cases, the dispatch timeline may extend up to 15 to 20 working days due to factors such as high order volume, product availability, drop-shipping/special sourcing, quality checks, or unforeseen logistical delays.
⚠️ Order Confirmation, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy (Important)
This policy applies uniformly to both domestic and international orders, irrespective of refund ,delivery timelines, customs clearance, or third-party courier delays. 
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed on himkhand.com, the order enters procurement and fulfillment processing which may include sourcing through authorized third-party vendors, logistics partners, manufacturing/packaging facilities, or established marketplaces. Such fulfilment (including third-party packaging, invoices, or courier branding) shall be deemed valid and compliant performance of the order.

Any cancellation request raised after order confirmation but before dispatch shall NOT be eligible for refund, as procurement costs, food safety handling, packaging, and operational commitments are already incurred.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that raising a payment gateway chargeback or bank dispute after order confirmation does not override this policy, and such disputes will be contested with documentary evidence, including proof of order confirmation, procurement initiation, packaging/label generation, and shipping arrangements.

If the customer receives the product and claims any issue relating to damage, defect, mismatch, leakage, broken seal, missing item, or discrepancy, such claim shall be considered valid only if:
(a) a clear and continuous unboxing video is recorded before opening the package, and
(b) the issue is reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery to our official email ID.

In the absence of a proper unboxing video and timely written communication, the order shall be deemed correct, accepted, and fully delivered.

Any chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal raised without complying with the above conditions — including disputes based on fulfilment source, packaging origin, natural batch variation, delivery delay, or post-delivery claims — shall be treated as invalid and will be contested with documentary and fulfilment evidence, except where legally mandated.

1️⃣ Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Dispatch Timeline
All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 10 to 15 working days. However, in exceptional cases, dispatch may extend up to 15 to 20 working days due to high order volume, product availability, quality checks, drop-shipping/special sourcing, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery generally occurs within 2 to 7 business days, depending on location, courier routing, and serviceability.

Registered domestic courier companies / Speed Post only.
Shipping Charges
Free Standard Delivery Pan-India (unless specified otherwise on product page or during checkout for special zones/weights).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for eligible PIN codes. For COD transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash at the time of delivery.
Delays & Courier Liability
Himkhand.com is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier and proof of handover/dispatch is available.
Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address provided at checkout. Changes are allowed only if updated before dispatch (and accepted in writing by our support team).
Unserviceable / Temporarily Blocked PIN Codes
The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated. If your PIN code is temporarily unserviceable, kindly re-check after 7 days or contact our support.
Damage in Transit: himkhand.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Any claim will be considered only if supported by (a) continuous unboxing video and (b) written email within 24 hours as per the chargeback/claim policy above.
2️⃣ International Shipping (Worldwide)
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 to 15 working days after confirmation. In exceptional cases, dispatch timeline may extend up to 15 to 30 working days due to factors such as high order volume, product availability, drop-shipping/special sourcing, compliance checks, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Partners
International consignments are shipped via reputed carriers such as DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx, or India Post EMS, depending on destination and service availability.
Flat Rate Shipping Charge
A uniform ₹ 2,800 INR (approx $34 USD) may be charged per order up to 2 kg volumetric weight (or as displayed at checkout based on destination/weight).
Delivery Timeline
Typically 7 – 15 business days post-dispatch; may vary by country, customs clearance, local handling, and last-mile delivery. Transit times are approximate; customs inspections may extend delivery by 3–10 business days (or more).
Customs & Duties
International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms – import duties, VAT, or local taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient at delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Address Accuracy
International deliveries will be made only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure full name, contact number, and postal code are accurate to avoid delivery delays/returns.
Courier Liability
himkhand.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by courier companies/postal authorities and guarantees only to hand over the consignment to the courier within 15 to 30 working days from order confirmation/payment (subject to exceptional circumstances).
Exceptional Circumstances Clause
In rare cases, delays beyond stated timelines may occur due to customs hold, high shipping congestion, destination restrictions, regulatory checks, or force majeure events. Such delays do not qualify for refunds/chargebacks.
Invoice & Packaging: Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. While we strive to ship all items together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
Policy Details (Operational Safeguards)
1. Product Representation

2. Refund Policy
Refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders will be issued by default to the company’s secure wallet (digital credit balance for future purchases on our website). If the order is not fulfilled by the company or is canceled by the customer within allowable period (only if accepted), the paid amount will be refunded to the company’s digital wallet ("Himkhand Wallet"). The wallet balance can only be used to buy products from our website.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only in cases of genuine issues with size, pattern, or design (where applicable). Customers must return the product in its original condition with complete packaging and bear the return shipping costs. Once received, it will undergo quality verification. Upon approval, replacement will be arranged. A standard re-dispatch charge of ₹250/- applies for all eligible exchanges.
4. Third-Party Branded Products & Customer Confirmation
For some products, availability may vary due to supplier constraints. A substitute of the same ordered specification may be dispatched. Customers must verify and confirm within 24 hours of receiving the tracking email whether the dispatched product corresponds to their order. Confirmation must be sent in writing to info@myblacktree.com. In absence of confirmation, the order will be deemed correct and accepted (except where legally required).
5. Drop-Shipping Orders
Certain products are sourced only after an order is placed (drop-shipping). Such orders may require an additional 15–20 business days (domestic) and may extend up to 15–30 working days (international dispatch) depending on destination, supplier availability, and compliance checks. Customers acknowledge these risks and agree that fulfillment timelines may vary.
6. Cancellation & Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or logistics constraints, the paid amount will be refunded to wallet as per this policy. Refunds processed to wallet may only be redeemed for future purchases from our website.
7. General Safeguard & Legal Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These conditions are designed to protect customers through transparent communication, while also safeguarding the company’s operational ability to deliver effectively.
